Exchange Policy
We do not offer cash refunds. However, we are happy to exchange products under the following conditions:
Size Mismatch
If the size of the received product does not fit, we offer an exchange for the correct size.
Defective Products
If the product is found to have a defect, we will exchange it for the same item in perfect condition.
Conditions for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Unused and Unwashed: The product must be in its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
Tags Intact: All original tags must be attached to the product.
No Custom Alterations: The product should not have been custom-altered.
Non-Sale Items: Sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are not eligible for exchange.
Unpacking Video: An unpacking video is required as proof for defective or wrong products received.
How to Initiate an Exchange
Contact Us: Email us at ogha.connect@gmail.com within 2 (two) days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange request. Please include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and an unpacking video if the product is defective or incorrect.
Send the Product Back: You are responsible for sending the product back to us. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Processing the Exchange: Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will process the exchange. Please note that it may take 3-20 days for the returned parcel to reach us. The exchange will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Custom Tailored and Altered Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-sized items or items that have been altered in any way unless there is a defect or damage.
Sale Items
All sale, discounted, coupon, and gift voucher purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
